Five ships left a struggling Earth. One was lost somewhere in the vast stretch of space the settlers traversed. The fragments of another rest a few kilometers to the north – the result of a malfunction during landing. Each ship left Earth with 1,000 passengers. Losses were minimal on the surviving ships. Upon arrival, the human population of Domus became 2,919.
Nima and Ayl – twin siblings – are first-generation immigrants on the planet Domus. As they attend school and spend time with friends, their parents – Sona and Glenn – navigate the hardships of their new world.
Throughout the years Nima and Ayl strive to find their purpose as the complexities of their society pull into focus. Tension builds as a few settlers seek to gain more control over the settlements. Mysterious acts of violence become more frequent, and more personal.
